Kristin spent way too many years of her life trapped in the mindset that in order to be more, she needed to weigh less. This sent her into a decade-long frenzy of trying everything under the sun to lose weight and be so-called healthy, which only led her to being the most unhealthy she ever was. After a scary health crash, as a new mom, armed with a fresh perspective, Kristin embarked on a mission to help moms simplify nutrition and tune into their intuition, to find their beautiful balance- so they can stress less about food, and enjoy life more. She is the host of the Healthy Balanced Mama Podcast, creator of the Supermama Society, Healthy Mama Meal Prep online program, The Healthy Mama Meal Planner and the upcoming Uncomplicated Eating course.
